For MyEClinic it does not matter from which country you want to use our services. Depending on your preferences, we either try to find an expert from your home country, or we can provide you with an international expert. If you only want experts from your home country, the number of doctors available will usually be lower than if you allow internationally active experts.
In the case of transnational consultation, the contact with the expert is generally in English. To translate your medical records, MyEClinic provides you with an automated translation tool to the English language. However, MyEClinic would prefer documents translated by an authorized interpreter, as their quality is generally higher than that of an automatic translation.Please note that MyEClinic cannot assess the quality of the documents you provide and must rely on their correct content.
