Video or voice conferences are held as online meetings. This can be imagined as a virtual meeting room opened by the expert at a previously agreed date. You can also enter your room through your computer or smartphone. The conversation can then be carried out, according to the previously agreed agreement, as a pure voice conference or also with an additional video transmission. If desired, other persons can also be invited to a joint meeting.
To ensure maximum security, the meetings are handled via the "WebEx" system. All WebEx meetings are protected by a highly reliable and secure Cisco network, one of the market leaders in professional conferencing systems.
You can only enter the virtual meeting room after you have previously invited the expert. This will be sent to you by e-mail and contains, among other things, the following information:
You can enter the virtual consultation room via three access routes, in which case you do not need to register with WebEx:

In order to establish a secure connection, Cisco must install a plug-in in the respective browser at the first start of a meeting. They are automatically guided step by step through this process.
The app "Cisco WebEx Meetings" is available for Android, iOS, Blackberry and Windows Phone in the app store. Once installed on your smartphone, you can use the Internet to join video and voice conferencing.
